Skirts are taking on a new shape this summer, literally! The hot new styles are all about volume and shape as bubble and tulip skirts take over the racks at our favorite boutiques. Get ready, because we have six great styles to show you that you’re sure to drool over!
The Bubble Skirt
Don’t be afraid to go short with a bubble mini skirt. The BeBe ShinyPleated Skirt ($98) is done in an elegant cream colored cotton/silk blend with a full, pleated body and bubble hem. The Tulip Skirt
