Celebrity Look: Fergie’s Style

Fergie is one of those unexpectedly gorgeous gals, namely because she’s so tough. But that doesn’t do anything to harm her sense of style, which is glamorous, inspired, and just a little bit on the edge. Oh, how we love a Fergie fusion between sweet and street. Here’s how to get the look.

(Bop Basics Jovovich Hawk for Glamour Tee, $68.00)

Start with a cute tee, just like Fergie’s choice above. We grabbed a similar white t-shirt adorned with a sweet drawing from one of my personal favorite designers Jovovich-Hawk. Sexy, simple, and refined, this top is as awesome as it is basic– and therefore easy to mix and match! Fergie knew what she was thinking, that’s for sure.

Light denim can be intimidating because it tends to stand out a little bit more than darker stuff. But it’s spring/summer, and don’t you think it’s time for a little burst of lightness in an otherwise dark ‘n’ drab wardrobe? I know you’ll agree. . . and while it’s hard to see whether Fergie’s wearing a skirt or shorts, this piece is perfect to go double-duty on the beach after a hard day at work.

I wasn’t as bad as I might seem– although I didn’t pick one of Fergie’s personal bag collection, I did choose something that everyone can find online! Vera Bradley purses have a provincial pattern that really mirrors Fergie’s personal purse choices. You can complete the look with an easy braided sandal from Christian Louboutin, which I do believe is a trade-up from Fergie’s choice, and a Fossil watch in a bright purple.
