This piece is one of the most important you’ll need to rock this look. Michelle’s cropped look makes it more appropriate for spring, and yet the classic color will easily mark this piece as a wardrobe essential. Who doesn’t want (or need, for that matter) a cute cropped coat in a fabric that lasts until just about forever? I certainly do, and I have a feeling that you’re in the same boat as well.

Gray Tank
Michelle is wearing a gray tee under her jacket, but since plenty of us hail from slightly warmer climates than New York. Wear a tank under that jacket for a little balance in terms of temperature– extra comfy, and with a longer length top underneath, you’ll feel pretty balanced in terms of proportion. Plus, you can always shed that jacket when things heat up at night.

Joe’s Jeans have a curvy fit along your thighs and rump to hug your trim spots and get that J Lo booty in check. Skinnies are all well and good, but bootcut jeans are a happy medium between your wides and your skinnies. I miss your bootcuts, and you probably do, too. Black ones are a great way to get your collection up and running fast!

Blue Scarves
Fine– I’ll admit it. These scarves are intended for guys, but if you’re guilty of raiding your boyfriend’s/hudband’s/boy toy’s closet, why not just cut to the chase and grab them up! These blue scarves are totally affordable, and they mirror Michelle’s choice without looking too similar. And how cute is that pocket on the Insight one at right? I think I’ll snap a little mini-lipgloss to that one for emergencies.

Black Slouchy Hobo
Kooba’s bags are a great buy, and this one just happens to look like quite the slouchy dream. Asymmetrical details are greatly fashion-forward, without being over the top. I have a feeling that this bag will nestle a little bit more than an extra-large rotund hobo, which will make it more comfortable than your usual weighted-down extra large bag.

High-Heeled Mary Janes
Pointy heels, a slightly more shapely toe. . . these are the types of shoes that perfectly suited to be worn with bootcut jeans. They’re slightly unusual, but that heel tip looks long wearing, the toe shape is neutral, and that strap is just to die for! These shoes can certainly match well with a cute skirt or a ditsy bow top!
