These weekend Miley Cyrus rocked the stage at Idol Gives Back. She may only be a teenager, but her stylist sure did put a fun and stylish look together with this outfit! It looks great on stage, and we have a feeling it will look great on you as well. Keep reading and we’ll show you how to get it.
One of the key pieces in this look is the tank top. Miley Cyrus wore one covered in small silver foil stars. The BeBe Skull & Bones Racer Tank ($49) has that same it of shine, with a variety of skulls, crowns and BeBe logos against black. And the cotton tank has a bit of spandex in it, making it cute and fitted if you decide to wear it without the blazer.
Layer that with the white C&C California Rib Bold Tank ($45). This 100% cotton tank is fitted and stretchy, so it won’t add any extra bulk underneath the BeBe tank, but you’ll still have that touch of color peeking out.
Instead of the embellished black blazer, we picked out a cropped grey blazer for your look. The cut and the color of the Crispin & Basilio Tuxedo Blazer ($262) will still give this outfit that edgy and hip look, just like the original. It’s shiny, made of 100% silk, and it’s sure to compliment the top perfectly.
It’s all about dark skinny jeans for this look! They have to tuck neatly into the boots, after all. And luckily, the J Brand Low Rise 12″ Pencil Leg in Dark Vintage ($158) have that crease, whiskering effect at the hips, similar to the jeans in the original.
The finishing touch will be a pair of suede boots. We’re changing up the color from brown to gray, because it matches better with the color scheme, and it will pop at the same time. Slip the Madder Gray Suede Boots ($99.95) on right over your jeans. They’re flat, for extra comfort, and they have a little bit of slouch, like the one in the inspiration piece.
