While promoting her last movie Jumper, Rachel Bilon stunned us with her fashion choices once again, wearing this navy and white dress. We think this look is the epitome of young and hip sophistication, so we couldn’t pass up the chance to show you how to pull it off on your own. Read on to get the look!
Rachel’s look is all one piece, but it can easily be done with separates, and just as well. For the top half, we need a silky halter that connects right at the center front. We chose the hot pink Forever 21 Gathered Halter Top ($15.80), which not only looks the part but will also go easy on your pocket book! And it might not be navy, but it is a color that will stand out and pop against the white, and that’s what’s most important.

High waisted whit skirt, coming right up! Pull on the Arden B. Jacquard High Waist Pencil Skirt ($88), and tuck that top snuggly in. This white skirt will hug your curves in a rather sophisticated manner, and it also has a subtle jacquard print, which adds a bit of texture to the outfit as a whole.
One of the cool details on the original dress is the pattern around the waist. Unfortunately, the skirt we found doesn’t have that, but we do have a special trick up our sleeves! You can imitate that detail by simply wearing a slim hot pink belt around the waist. Try the Cynthia Rowley Patent Leather Belt ($46), which mixes two shades of pink.

Top it all off with a shoe that might surprise a few people. We’re adding a pair of silver strappy sandals to this outfit, because white is a bit too predictable and pink would be too matchy-matchy. But the Miss Sixty River Sandals ($243) will compliment both colors perfectly, as well as your feet!
